Hafner leads off. He looks like he would fit in perfectly with those old pictures of players from the 1920's. Ball one. After about 10 gallons (or three pitches) of gas, Hafner takes strike 3, "standing there like the house at the side of the road." (tip of the cap to Ernie Harwell)
Strike one to Martinez. On the second pitch he grounds to Lugo.
Garko takes a ball high. He strikes out swinging at 2-2.
Josh has 9 k's on the game.
